Biotin 10 000 MCG hurtigoppløselig, 180 tabletter

My coworker kept asking if I got a new haircut—it’s actually just these berry tablets melting on my tongue each morning. No water, no hassle, and 10,000 mcg in one tiny dissolve is way easier than swallowing three pills.

Three months in and my nails are noticeably harder—the 10,000 mcg per tablet is no joke. I just pop one on my way out the door, zero water needed, and it's become the easiest part of my morning routine.

The berry flavor is actually pleasant, not that fake medicine taste, and they dissolve on my tongue in under a minute. I've been taking one every morning for about three weeks now, and my nails are definitely growing stronger and less prone to splitting.
