초지 방목 콜라겐 펩타이드 + 비타민 C & 비오틴, 6000mg, 90정

Three weeks in and my nails are finally growing without peeling—the biotin and vitamin C combo is clearly doing something. Tablet form is way easier for me than the powder I used to choke down, and 6000 mg per serving means two a day is all it takes.

I’ve been taking these tablets for about six weeks now, and the 6000 mg per serving is easy to handle even though they’re pills, not powder. My nails feel harder when I tap them on the desk, which I’ll chalk up to the biotin.

My skin's been looking noticeably smoother since I switched to these, and I love that they're tablets instead of powder—no mixing required, just two pills with breakfast. The added biotin and vitamin C are a nice bonus for my hair and nails too.
