These are finally a supplement I actually remember to take, because the texture is soft and chewy rather than chalky. I've been eating two after lunch for a few weeks now and the berry taste makes it feel like a treat, not a chore.

The berry flavor is genuinely pleasant, not that fake candy taste, and the 120-gummy bottle lasts me a full month. I’ve been taking three each morning with breakfast and it’s become the easiest part of my routine.

Three gummies a day and I actually remember to take them because they taste like candy but don't have that weird artificial aftertaste. The 120 count has lasted me over a month, so the value is solid for a daily habit that's easy to stick with.
