كولاجين متعدد الببتيدات الحيوية، 6000 ملغ، 360 قرص

My joints stopped aching after about three weeks of taking these with breakfast, and the caplets are actually easy to swallow despite their size. The vitamin C addition is a nice bonus since I usually forget to take a separate supplement.

I've been taking these for about six weeks now and my nails are finally growing without peeling, plus my knees don't crack when I get up from my desk. The 6000 mg dose per serving with the vitamin C makes it easy to feel like I'm actually getting something out of a supplement.

The caplets are genuinely easy to swallow, which is a relief since I struggle with big pills, and the 10-type blend with vitamin C has my skin feeling noticeably smoother after three weeks. My morning joint stiffness has eased up enough that I’m not dreading getting out of bed anymore.
