شعر، بشرة وأظافر + بيو-ببتيدات الكولاجين المتعدد علكات بنكهة الفراولة الجميلة، 120 علكة لذيذة

The strawberry flavor is actually pretty good, not mediciney at all, and these are soft enough to chew without sticking to my teeth. I've been taking two after breakfast for a month now and my hair feels thicker when I brush it, which is the main thing I was hoping for.

Three weeks in and my nails are finally growing past the tips without peeling—the biotin and collagen combo is clearly doing something. I actually look forward to the strawberry flavor every morning, it's like a little candy break that beats swallowing pills.

The strawberry flavor actually tastes like real fruit, not that fake candy sweetness, so it's easy to remember to take them daily. I've noticed my hair feels thicker when I brush it, and the 120 count means this jar will last me a while.
